Connecticut: Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CDPA). Effective date: July 1, 2023. / Amendments to CDPA (pertaining to consumer health data and child data). Effective date: July 1, 2024 – July 1, 2025
Utah: Utah Consumer Privacy Act. Effective date: December 31, 2023
Tennessee: Tennessee Information Protection Act (new). Effective date: July 1, 2024
Texas: Texas Privacy and Security Act (new). Effective date: July 1, 2024
Oregon: Oregon Consumer Privacy Act. Effective date: July 1, 2024
Montena: Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act (new). Effective date: Oct. 1, 2024
Iowa: Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act (new). Effective date: Jan. 1, 2025
Delaware: Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act. Effective date: Jan. 1, 2025
Indiana : Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act (new). Effective date: Jan. 1, 2026
