Personal: This involves a commitment made by a third party to make payment in place of your defaulting buyer (such as an aval or guarantee). 2. Real: This entails having specific rights to your buyer's property. In the event of their default, you can either sell their property and use the proceeds to cover your payment or take ownership of the property."
